ABQ Poop Law

As of October 10th, 2015, the City of Albuquerque confirms that: "when not on the owner's property, the owner is required to pick up their pet's waste, whether it's private or public property. Violators can be reported to 311 or anyone can request a patrol [242-COPS or 242-2677] in their area. If caught and convicted, the violater can face up to a 500.00 dollar fine or 90 days in jail." So make sure you scoop that poop!
