The idea for ABQDog

The idea for ABQDog came in 2000, right after we'd missed Animal Humane's Doggie Dash. Determined to create one place to list all dog events, we started with a calendar page, and just grew. Our mission is to provide Albuquerque dog lovers and visitors with everything they need to enjoy the city with their best friend. We also advocate for spay/neuter and animal welfare in Albuquerque and across the state.
